Frequently asked questions

If your question isn’t here, just ask us.

What counts as a “company”?

Each company is a separate event organiser or client you manage. They get their own isolated database, admin dashboard, and branded ticketing site. You pay one monthly fee per company, not per event or per ticket.

Do you take a cut of ticket sales?

No. We charge a flat monthly fee per company. Ticket revenue goes directly from the buyer to your client’s Stripe or SumUp account. The only payment fees are the provider’s standard rates (e.g. Stripe’s 1.5% + 20p per transaction).

How quickly can a new company go live?

Under 10 seconds from clicking “Create company” to having a live ticketing site. The platform provisions an isolated database, runs the schema, seeds admin credentials, and returns a ready-to-use login link automatically.

Can I use my client’s own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Point any domain or subdomain at the platform via a CNAME record. SSL is handled automatically by Bunny. The client’s domain serves the ticketing site, checkout, and API.

What is Revenue Intelligence?

Revenue Intelligence is a set of analytics features shipped in April 2026: campaign attribution (track which email blast drove which sale), 18-month cohort retention analysis, and a CRM with automatically-calculated audience segments (lapsed, high-value, at-risk, new, repeat).

Is client data truly isolated?

Yes. Every company gets its own Bunny Database instance — a completely separate database, not just separate rows with a tenant ID filter. A bug in one company’s account cannot read or affect another company’s data. The platform database stores only encrypted connection metadata.

Which payment providers are supported?

Stripe and SumUp are supported out of the box. Each client connects their own account and payments flow directly to them. The payment provider interface is pluggable — on Enterprise plans we can add additional providers.

Can I run the frontend on my own stack?

Yes. The entire platform is API-first. The included frontend templates are vanilla HTML/JS and are fully replaceable. Build your checkout and event pages in React, Next.js, or anything else — the API is the same.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t have a self-serve free trial, but get in touch and we’ll set up a demo environment for you. We’d rather show you how it works properly than have you poke around a sandbox.

What does “edge-native” mean for performance?

The API runs on Bunny Edge Scripting, which executes at Bunny’s global network of PoPs (points of presence). Requests are handled at the nearest PoP to the user. There are no cold starts and no region configuration — it’s fast everywhere by default.

Managing 10 or more companies?

Volume pricing is available for agencies and resellers with larger client bases. We can also discuss contractual SLAs, custom integrations, and dedicated support arrangements.
