Your event, your brand, your checkout

The foundation: branded ticketing pages, direct payments, QR check-in, automated pre-event emails, discount codes, waitlists, and ticket transfers. Everything an event organiser needs from day one.

Branded ticketing site on your own domain

Your logo, colours, and domain on every page. The checkout, ticket confirmation, and QR email are all branded to you. Attendees never see a third-party platform name.

Stripe & SumUp — money goes straight to you

Connect your own Stripe or SumUp account. When someone buys a ticket, the money lands directly in your account — not ours. We never touch it, never hold it, never take a percentage.

QR check-in on any phone or tablet

Every attendee gets a unique QR code on their confirmation email. Any member of staff opens the check-in page on any device and starts scanning. No app to install. No dedicated hardware to buy.

Automated pre-event email sequences

Set up timed emails that go out automatically — “7 days before the event”, “morning of”, “the day after”. Write them once, configure the timing, and they run for every event you create.

Discount codes & promo tracking

Create percentage or fixed discount codes with usage limits and expiry dates. Restrict to specific events or ticket types. See exactly how many times each code was used and how much revenue it drove.

Waitlists & ticket transfers

Sell out and manage a waitlist automatically — cancelled tickets trigger an email to the next person in line. Attendees can transfer their ticket to someone else without a refund.

Admin dashboard

Manage all your events, orders, attendees, ticket types, discount codes, check-in stats, and settings from one clean dashboard. Everything in one place.

Live in under 10 minutes

From sign-up to your first event selling tickets: under 10 minutes. Set your brand, connect payments, create your event, share the link. No onboarding call, no waiting.

The tools that turn one-time buyers into regulars

A full customer database, audience segments, email campaign blasts, abandoned checkout recovery, and recurring event templates. Everything that makes a second sale easier than the first.

Customer profiles built automatically

Every attendee gets a profile: full event history, total spend, ticket types bought, last purchase date. No manual data entry. Add private notes and tags per customer. Export to CSV whenever you need it.

Audience segments that update themselves

Six pre-built audiences calculated in real time: lapsed buyers, new customers, high-value spenders, single-event attendees, loyal regulars, and at-risk customers. One click to email any of them.

Abandoned checkout recovery

Someone fills in their details and disappears before buying. qwikr.events automatically sends a recovery email at 30 minutes, again at 4 hours, and one final nudge at 20 hours. You can include a discount code in any of them to close the sale. No manual work — just recovered revenue you’d otherwise have lost.

Campaign email blasts

Pick an audience segment, write your message, send. Revenue Intelligence then shows you exactly how many tickets that email sold and how much revenue it drove. Not just opens and clicks — actual pounds.

Event templates

Running a monthly night, a weekly quiz, or any recurring event? Save any event as a template. All ticket types, pricing, attendee questions, and settings carry over. Create the next one in seconds.

MK3 — Shipped April 2026

It just works. Especially on the night that matters.

The hardening that means you never get a double charge, a missed email, or a mystery problem you can’t investigate. Built for the nights where everything has to go right.

No double charges. Ever.

If a customer’s connection drops and they retry checkout, we detect the duplicate and return the original result rather than processing a second payment. Your customers will never be charged twice.

Automatic email retry

If a confirmation or campaign email fails to deliver, it goes into a retry queue. You can see failed sends in your dashboard and re-send with one click. No attendee misses their QR code because of a delivery glitch.

Full audit trail

Every action in your dashboard — campaign sent, ticket comped, code created, settings changed — is logged with who did it and when. Essential when you have multiple staff managing events.

Operations dashboard

A live view of your account health: orders in each state, any failed jobs, automation status. If something’s wrong, you’ll see it here before your customers notice.

MK4 — Shipped April 2026

You’re always the first to know if something’s up

Automated health checks, error alerts, and a nightly revenue summary so you always have a clear picture of performance — and you’re never caught off guard.

Automated platform health checks

After every update to the platform, automated tests check that checkout, authentication, and core features are working correctly. Issues are caught before you or your attendees encounter them.

Error alerts to Slack or email

If something spikes unexpectedly — failed job queue grows, error rate increases — you get a notification before you think to check. You set the threshold. Slack or email, your choice.

Nightly revenue digest

Every morning, an automated summary: yesterday’s ticket sales, total revenue, automation activity, and a flag if anything looks off. Your daily briefing, delivered automatically to your inbox.

MK5 — Shipped April 2026

Stop guessing which marketing works

Revenue Intelligence connects your email campaigns directly to your ticket sales. See which message sold how many tickets, which audience segment spends the most, and which events build loyal repeat buyers.

Campaign attribution

Every email campaign is tagged. When a recipient clicks through and buys, the order is linked to that campaign. See the total revenue, number of orders, and conversion rate for every message you’ve ever sent.

Which events bring people back

Cohort analysis shows which event types have the highest repeat purchase rate. Run a monthly night and want to know what percentage of last month’s crowd came back this month? This tells you.

One-click audience presets

Lapsed buyers, high-value customers, single-event attendees, loyal regulars — all calculated automatically from your order data. Click any segment to see who’s in it and email them directly from the same screen.

MK6 Coming next

What’s coming next

The features event organisers have been asking for most. Some are already in progress. Others are planned for later this year. Got something specific you need? Tell us →

Apple Wallet & Google Wallet tickets

Attendees add their ticket straight to their phone wallet. No email to dig out at the door, no PDF to print. Tap to show, scan, done. The ticket even updates automatically if you change the event details.

Mobile check-in app for iOS & Android

A dedicated branded app for your check-in staff. Faster than a browser, works fully offline, and syncs when back online. Perfect for large events with multiple simultaneous entry points.

Box office & door ticket sales

Sell tickets on-site at the door using any tablet or phone as a box office. Cash and card. The buyer goes straight into your check-in list and gets a QR code by email. No paper. No separate system. No separate queue.

Zapier & webhook integration

Connect qwikr.events to 5,000+ tools via Zapier. New ticket sold? Add the buyer to your Mailchimp list, ping Slack, update a spreadsheet. Automate whatever matters to you, without writing a line of code.

Season tickets & recurring memberships

Sell a season pass covering every event in a series, or a monthly membership that gives automatic access to your regular nights. One purchase, multiple events, loyal regulars who never have to buy again.

?

Multi-day & multi-session events

Festivals, conferences, or events where attendees pick specific sessions. One purchase, multiple session choices, individual QR codes per session or a single day pass. You define the structure.

?

Official resale with price controls

Let attendees resell through your official channel at a capped price. No touts, no third-party marketplaces, no buyers paying three times face value. Your event, your rules, your brand on every ticket.

?

Multi-language checkout

French, German, Spanish, and Italian checkout pages for events with an international audience. One event, multiple language options, same payment and ticketing pipeline.
